The Blend of 75% Syrah and some Grenache and Mourvedre , give birth to a dark garnet colour. A very complex nose with hints of violet, generous black fruit, and spices with black pepper. The palate repeats what the nose gave away with a long persistence and very smooth tannins. The wine can be easily kept for 10 years but is ready now.
Marc Olivier Bertrand a young winemaker with a solid learning and a great experience takes over the vineyard in 2016 to produce wines in full harmony with nature, trees, and bushes make a good place for predators to live to protect the vines from insects, nature regulates itself without and chemicals.
