The Roxanich wine philosophy doesnt strive to merely satisfy the norm and is not interested in certificates and adhering to just the formal rules of the game. In Roxanich winery a holistic approach is honored, with the balance in life that translates into every aspect of ones work, especially the creation of wine. They are living proof that this is the only way to make truly natural and honest wine. Our wine is for a discerning person. An inquisitive soul. Someone who needs to know what they are drinking, how it was made, and how its creation affected the planet. DITE 2015 is 50% Dingač and 50% Teran. While the Teran helps enrich Dingač with its fresh acids, the Dingač helps to bring structure and body to Teran. Dingač aged for four years in barrels, in a combination of barrique (225L) and tonneau (500L). Teran spent equal time in the barrel, however in a big oaken barrel of 20hl. Six months before bottling both wines were blended.Winery: Roxanich

Roxanich DITE changes very quickly in the glass, the slightly bitter notes on the aftertaste turn into a fruity sweetness underlined by coffee and dark chocolate. The nose is full of fresh and baked black and red fruit, with some shades of hot macchia and fresh bay leaves. The texture also changes in the glass, first, it is rectangular and hard, only to become slightly more pliable after half an hour. But with this wine, the structure is most important, it is built as if it will last forever.
