Opstal Estate's 2019 Chenin Blanc's discreet nose gently opens up to notes lemon curd, quince and pineapple with additional flavours of peach and yellow plums on its core. Its fresh acidity is nicely folded into its sumptuous flesh. A wonderful example of the variety.
