Caido Rosé is an Alentejo wine produced by Adega Mayor

Adega Mayor has 80 hectares of cultivated vineyards in this region of Alentejo, of which 69 are at Herdade das Argamassas and the remaining 11 at Herdade da Godinha. The grape bunches are hand collected and deposited in 15 kg boxes and quickly taken to the wine cellar. There, in a collecting table, a highly qualified team

The harvest was done manually to 20 kg boxes followed by a selection of berries and grapes in the cellar. The grapes were gently pressed and the juice clarified and fermented in stainless steel vats at 15ºC

Its aroma suggests fresh red fruit, strawberries and cherries with an acidic and exotic background. The flavour is alive, and the sweetness and intensity of the fruit culminate in a long and vibrant finish
