Evel Red wine is very juicy wine with a dark color, the fruit of this wine is surrounded by schist tannins, creating a hard-edged feel to the fruit and a smoky char in the finish

The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control.

The Evel Red is considered a typical Douro reference, with aromas of red fruit and green notes, typical for the region. It reveals itself very balanced, flavourful and round with a good structure and a fruity, persistent finish
