Produced from the main white varieties of the Alentejo. 20% of this wine is fermented in French oak. The totality of the wine goes through "batonnage" for 2 months obtaining a bigger structure
Quinta das Arcas has around 50ha, 35ha of vineyards stand out, around 30 years old, where under the influence of a very particular micro-climate grapes of high quality of the Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto grapes are obtained
Grapes stalked at the entrance of the cellar and pressed immediately. Partial fermentation in French oak wood and battonage in vat and barrel for 2 months, with fermentation at low temperatures
Good aromatic intensity with fruity touches and light floral. Good complexity and volume in the mouth, interesting minerality and slight acidity with a good finish
