"Quinta do Vallado Rosé" is made out of Touriga Nacional from the higher point of Quinta do Vallado, leading to a low percentage of alcohol and great acidity. It was made with the traditional method called "Bica Aberta", and it has the typical aromas of roses and wild fruits, a characteristic of Touriga Nacional

Quinta do Vallado, established in 1716, is one of the oldest and most famous Quintas in the Douro Valley. It once belonged to the legendary Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira, and still belongs to her descendents

The grapes of Touriga Nacional fermented through the process "Bica Aberta". The fermentation lasted for one month with temperatures varying between 14º and 16º
