The aromatic one. Unlike in Alsace, Gewürztraminer is traditionally made into a dry wine in Alto Adige. It is an aromatic wine, a perfect candidate for an aperitif in summer, and also excellent with food including raw fish. We also recommend it with boiled beef and root vegetables and Asian cuisine like aromatic wok dishes.
