Cherry-coloured with an intense fruity bouquet that comes from our best Syrah. Notes of strawberry, cherry, raspberry and pomegranate. In ones mouth, the wine is fresh with a pleasant acidity and balanced tannins. The wine estate boasts 120 hectares of vines from diverse Sicilian varietals such as Nero dAvola, Grillo and Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria) as well as some international varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Syrah and Merlot.

Every single grape variety has been planted following the best combination of exposure, soil and climate; while the highest hills are dedicated to the cultivation of white grapes, red varieties grow at the valley bottom.

Situated at 200-450 meters above sea level and a few kilometres away from the coast, the estate is set on alluvial soil, rich in water and organic matter.
