Classic dark purple red Malbec colour. Deliciously intense and fruit forward aromas of ripe red berries, cherries sweet spices and a hint of black pepper by toasted notes from 12 months of oak aging. Notes of earthy forest floor and mushroom follow. Palate is plum blackberry cigar smoke, dark chocolate and vanilla. Good body in the mid palate, with an excellent tannic structure, making this a perfect food wine.
From multialtitude vineyards Bodega Graffigna located in San Juan, Argentina: Pedernal (4,593 ft a.s.l./1,400 mts), Tulum Valley (2,296 ft a.s.l /700 mts) and Mendoza (3,280 ft a.s.l/1000 mts). A region with wide thermal amplitude (up to 68°F/20°C) and over 300 days of sunshine per year that produces top quality grapes. The Graffigna range transmit the true expression of each variety, with deep aromas, flavors and great concentration
