The centrepiece of the York Gin distillery is the traditional 300-litre alembic copper still called Ebor, short for Eboracum, the Roman name for York.

The distillery at Acaster Malbis (under 5 miles from the centre of York but within the city limits) is powered by 100% green electricity. Our electric delivery van can often be seen outside, being charged by this green energy.

The distillery (the only one in York) makes all our gins and we bottle, label and pack them there too. All our bottles are plastic-free.
