This Ventoux Vieilles Vignes - or Old Vines - is produced with grapes from vines among the oldest in the Vignerons du Mont Ventoux winegrowing territory; on the steep hills of the Ventoux mountain and organised in terraces around the village of Bedoin. The wine develops an intense bouquet of red and black berries, notes of soft spices and liquorice. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with smooth, silky texture. Lovely aromas of blackberry and liquorice, combined with soft, melted tannins. A great expression of the Ventoux appellation!
