A stunning, cool climate Pinot Noir. Cherry red with a vibrant translucency the wine displays raspberry and clove characters on the nose. The palate is elegant and rich, being underpinned by an earthy spiciness and a long finish.2014 Litmus Red Pinot is made from 100% Pinot Noir that was cold soaked prior to fermentation on its skins and spent 17 months in one to three year old French oak barriques prior to bottling.
