Aeration reveals a delicacy that gives way to intense esters, with very little aggressiveness and a somewhat feminine suggestion of ripe fruit that is almost overripe. A well-rounded fruity density at entry is underlined by the brandy’s softness and elegance. A Folle Blanche full of fruit and the lightness of youth, best enjoyed chilled.
