the € 20 retail price and usually the old Ports categories such as vintages,
colheitas, LBVs and aged tawnies. Our mixed cases are thematic journeys into the

each bottle. We commit the delivery of this product up to 5 working days after
the subscription is confirmed.

What is a subscription product?
After many years working in this industry, we gained a big community of loyal
members that trusts our services and our advices.
We notice that many of our members want to taste different wines and receive
them in a short period of time but many times it's not easy to choose between
our more than 5.500 products.
Thinking about that, we are now providing a subscription service to our members,
where you just need to select the type of wines and the period of the
subscription and our team of experts will do all the rest, from the selection of
products until the delivery of the wines in the week that you need them.

How does this subscription service work?
It's simple, you just need to go to our "mixed cases" category and select the
subscription plan that you desire. You can choose between mixed cases of six or
twelve bottles and in the price range segment of premium wines (Around € 10) or
super premium wines (Above € 20).
When you select a specific product you should select the subscription plan, that
can be weekly, biweekly or monthly. After that you should go to the checkout and
confirm the order.

How should i pay the subscription plan?
If you choose to pay with PayPal than the subscription will be active, which
means that every week, two weeks or month (depending on the subscription plan
chosen) PayPal will send automatically the value for the subscription, we will
start preparing your mixed case and in a week the parcel will arrive to your
address.
If you want to try our mixed cases without having to subscribe it, you should
choose another payment method such as bank transfer or Braintree credit card
payment.
Probably latter you will put the subscription with PayPal after you find the
great value inside each mixed case.

How do i cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your mixed case subscription anytime you want and you can even
reactivate it latter when you are running out of wines.
You just need to login to your PayPal account. Go to the "My preapproved
payments" option and choose the "Profitmatrix" merchant.
You should now be in the "Recurring Payments details" where you have to click on
the cancel button.
If you selected another payment method to order a mixed case than it's a manual
subscription, so you don't need to do anything.
