Bright, golden colour with a lively mousse. The nose displays rich citrus fruit, candied lemon and mandarin, with fresh red cherries and golden apples. On the palate the fresh fruit notes combine with flavours of brioche and baked pastry resulting from the extended lees ageing, as well as hints of floral and mineral notes, developing into a rounded, citrus finish. Regularly served at Buckingham Palace, a sure sign of this sparkling wines elegance and prestige.

The Classic Cuvée is an elegant sparkling wine with a lovely rich champagne colour, fast streaming bubbles and an even clear body throughout. Soft and delicate aromas of honey, rye bread and stone fruit with cooked apples and citrus fruit. The palate is smooth with a delicate mousse and nice fruity overtone. The citrus and stone fruits come through with a hint of lime. Short - medium finish with a nice texture on the tongue. This is a very good English sparkling wine that is great on it's own or with food. We had with the English classic fish and chips and it was a match made in heaven.
