This lovely late harvest wine was picked 2 weeks after our dry version to allow sugar to accumulate and flavors to develop. It was fermented and aged in stainless steel.

Tasting notes: distinct varietal characteristics of lemon, limes, and light mineral notes.


Gastronomy: This wine makes an excellent aperitif as well as a very popular wine for family holidays. It goes well with salads, creamy cheeses and appetizers, as well as most dishes with a hint of sugar.
