Australian Shiraz has forged an enviable reputation for huge unrestrained flavours. The Black Shiraz is no different. This Shiraz is grown on 75 hectares in Australia's Eden Valley and is meticulously made to produce a wine of great character.
The Black Shiraz is superlative with deep colour and aromas of blackberry and plum over toast, vanilla and spice.The palate is full flavoured and intense with rich blackberry, plum, blueberry and spicy notes. The tannins are ripe and dense giving great structure and length to the palate. Serve with slow cooked roasts with rich sauces or strong cheeses or enjoy on its own.
