Our Chardonnay 2018 has a pale golden straw-like colour, filled with rich summer fruit aromas. Peach and melon flavours on the palate, balanced by a fresh, crisp finish. 13% ABV. From the Languedoc region in the South of France. 1/3 of the chardonnay grapes in this wine come from Rousillion and 2/3 from Minervois. Combining these regions gives this wine a buttery, fresh, minerally profile.
