From a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier grapes, the classic Cuvée NV shows great freshness on the nose, with aromas of white flowers and ripe stone fruit. These flavours are echoed on the palate, which displays fine intensity of fruit, offset by a great core of chalky acidity.

The finish is crisp and precise with impressive persistence and balance.
Delicious for drinking now, but with terrific ageing potential.

Ideal with:
Shrimp and shellfish, smoked salmon, caviar, and oysters.
Salami, veggies, stuffed mushrooms, egg dishes, foie gras.
Tarts, crepes and any buttered or honeyed dessert.

Awards:
The classic Cuvée NV won several awards including a Gold Medal at the prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards 2018 (only 4 UK sparkling wines were gold medalists).
It also receives a gold medal the Wine GB 2018 and a silver medal at the Sommelier Award Winner 2018.
