Tasting Notes: Color : intense , deep garnet red. Nose : spicy of plum and cherry and a hint of raspberry. Taste : soft , velvety, full bodied with a slight aromatic lingering aftertaste.

Serving temperature : at least an hour before and serve in large deep glasses.

Food: excellent with most red meats, game and grilled, with hard texture mature cheese.
