Valcalepio Bianco Orologio: Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot bianco and Pinot grigio. Food pairings: pasta dishes, white meat and seafood. Serving temperature: 10°

Valcalepio Rosso Orologio: Blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Food pairings: read meats, cured meats, mature cheeses. Serving temperature: 16°-18°.

Valcalepio Rosso Riserva Akros: Produced only in special vintages. It's peculiar vinification process gives this wine great body and softness. Food pairings: read meat especially roasted, game, mature cheeses. Serving temperature: 18°-20°. To be decanded at least one hour before serving.

Terre del Colleoni Schiava: Produced with a traditional grape from Bergamo "Schiava lombarda". Young and light wine to be consedered an all round. Food pairings: fish, white meat, and vegetarian dishes. Serving temperature: 10°-12°.

Terre del Colleoni Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13: It's a fascinating graft between Pinot bianco and German Riesling. Food pairings: soups,risotto, fish, white meat. Serving temperature: 8°.

Cellar & Apellation

Cantina bergamasca was established in 1957 . The vineyards belonging to 150 members of Cantina sociale bergamasca stretch over 160 hectares in the Valcalepio area between Como and Iseo Lakes in the Province of Bergamo (Lombardy).

About the Vineyard

Cantina Bergamasca was established in 1957 and started its production in 1960.

CSB has a great production of wines both reds and whites due to the exceptional diversity of grapes cultivated in the area from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Franconia and Marzemino to Pinot blanc, Pinot grigio, Chardonnay.
