An elegant wine with a delicate aroma, obtained by the fermentation of the must with the skins of grapes. Soft and enveloping is a delight for lovers of rosé.

Malvasia Di Casorzo D.o.c.:
Malvasia is a pleasant, sweet wine. It is low in alcohol content and can be enjoyed at any time of day. Made exclusively from grapes grown in the hilltop vineyards of Casorzo and the neighbouring villages, it is the pride and prestige of the area. It has always been the star wine of all local feste (festivals). It is ideal with desserts and in fruit salads. Malvasia is a comfort wine for all seasons and reasons. The aroma is evocative of roses. Malvasia is a pleasantly rich, aromatic wine.
Food pairing: Desserts, fruit salads, as an aperitif, a drink for any party occasion

Piemonte D.o.c. Chardonnay:
Even though not originating from a native variety grape, this wine is widely appreciated. Chardonnay is a wine abundant in fragrance, rich in taste, much loved by all those who fully appreciate fine white wine. It is said to "taste warm", even if served out of the fridge.

Barbera D'asti D.o.c.g.:
A classic Piedmontese wine, pairs perfectly with main and substantial dishes. Obtained from grapes harvested in vineyards with good sunlight exposure; slowly vinified to extract all noble grape components and emphasize their unique, beneficial qualities. Bottled after full maturation, it further refines in the bottle, and can be aged for several years. With its ethereal fragrance and intensely ruby-red in colour, it is deeply satisfying and urges a pause to enjoy its full complexity.
