Created to complement our Blanc de Blancs range, this Rosé Champagne has been made by blending 80% Chardonnay from our own vineyards from oger Grand Cru with 20% of Pinot Noir.

This superb blend is an ideal marriage of those two wonderful grapes to produce a fresh and delicate but generously flavoured Champagne.

Dehesa de Luna Biodiversity Reserve is a protected area of almost 3000 ectares where not only can you taste some of the best wines of Spain but from its hills you can also observe and enjoy an endless number of birds, such as imperial and royal eagles, curlews, Bonellis eagles, goshawks, kites, peregrine falcons, bustards and red partridges, amongmany others.
