A slightly pinky-white sparkling wine (Chardonnay 51%, Pinot Noir 49%) with a fruity nose and a persistent, fine bead. The palate is youthful yet complex, with grapefruit, sherbert and restrained yeasty flavours. It finishes long and dry.
