About The Wine
Domaine Vincent Bouzereau is situated in Meursault. It is composed of 18 hectares of vines spread over the Cote de Beaune. The Bouzereau family have been vine growers for over 10 generations. Vincent is a young producer who is very passionate and considers himself first as a vine grower.
Tasting Notes
Yellow with a tinge of green. Very floral aromas with a touch of oak coming through. This is an elegant yet youthful style of Corton well balanced with a very long finish.
Food Pairing
Delicious with veal with a creamy sauce and lightly smoked fish.

The appellation “Clos des Fiètres” is only 1 hectare, divided into three owners. Elegant and highly-bred, supple and well-rounded, this unusual Chardonnay has much in common with Corton-Charlemagne.
