The history begins in 1963, when some vine growers joined forces to face up the economic difficulties of the time. They are then a handful of men who create a cooperative cellar in the heart of the vineyard in the city of Sancerre. As the years go by, it increased and remains the only cooperative of the appellation. This one is in line with the wine-growing cultivation, a dynamic tool for the vine growers and which draws on its strength by placing the man as the driving force behind these strategies. It helps having a bigger control of the activity process as a whole from the production stage to the marketing one.
A Rose of distinctive Character, made by its brightness and delicate slightly spicy nose.
To be served with light starters, salad and white meat.
Generous and lively wine revealing a beautiful complexity.
