House Gruet has been in Champagne since 1670. The winery has been passed on from generation to generation, finding fulfilment in 1975 with the launch of the first wines by Claude Gruet. He started producing 2500 bottles in 1975. He is currently working on a 20-hectares vineyard, producing from its own grapes and those of other producer they select, to produce around 2 million bottles a year in total.
A beautiful Rose Petal and gold on appearance. Aromas of strawberry and cherries. A hint of Strawberry also comes through on the palate. The finish is long to which you find some red grapefruit at the end.
Ideal as a glass to celebrate or with light appetisers as well as seafood especially scallops.
A beautiful garnet in colour, this Rose NV has a delicate, fine mousse and rich, fruit flavours. A good structure thanks to the large amount of Pinot Noir.
