This prestigious Pedrouzos comes from a legendary vineyard! The oldest Godello vineyard that exists. Planted in 1885 at a height of around 500 meters by great-grandfather José Ramón Gayoso. Because of this extraordinary jewel of a wine, the reputation of the already great winery Valdesil has grown to unprecedented heights. From every volume of this wine, only 300 magnums are bottled, so when you know how to lay your hands on one of these bottles, you really have a very special item. Certainly in view of the fact that no Pedrouzos could be produced at all in 2013 due to an all-destroying hailstorm in which the beautiful grapes were unfortunately lost. A waiting list had already been created for this 2014 volume, so we are proud to be able to offer this unique splendor of white wine

This truly excellent wine displays beautiful subtle notes of melon, pear and sweet fruit on the nose. Drinking this wine is an experience in itself! The taste is very intense, like a true explosion in the mouth, with fine (oak) wood tones and a hint of ginger. Complex, very well balanced, mineral with excellent acidity. The wine has a nice long, dry and silky finish.
