An insanely beautiful sherry that produced only 318 bottles. This sherry has incredible concentration, dry extract and strength. It has a clear copper color with an enchanting nose that is very nuanced and insinuating with some traces of a past like an Amontillado that has also developed aromas and flavors that remind you of an Oloroso. There are hints of the ocean, rusty nails, nuts, gingerbread and leather. The taste shows a great finesse and balance with everything perfectly integrated with a long finish full of wood and roasted nuts. This sherry is not fortified and has reached its imperceptible 19.5% alcohol through pure concentration. Luis Gutiérrez summarizes it in his assessment with: "Exceptional"
