González Byass, one of the largest wineries in Jerez, is still a family winery presided over by the 5th generation of the González family. The Fino Dos Palmas has been allowed to mature under its Flor for over 8 years and is a very aromatic, open and expressive sherry with a deep golden color and an intense nose with aromas of brine, the sea, chamomile and aromas derived from its oxidative aging. The palate is sharp, chalky, salty dry and intense with a long and tasty bitter aftertaste that lingers in your palate after swallowing. This is a fantastic old Fino true only. 2,000 half-liter bottles are filled.
As an aperitif, companion nuts, olives, ham (and then of course the real Bellota Iberico ham . The nutty tones of the ham due to the acorns that the pigs eat go great together with the Bellota ham). Also delicious with Shrimp
