The Graham Beck Non Vintage Brut Rose is a delicious South African "champagne" Grahm Beck is a specialist of Sparkle wine and this version has also received 89 Parker points and that is quite unique for a wine in this price range. With its charming, pale silvery pink hue and exuberant character, this Brut Rosé is a beautiful and eye-catching accompaniment for any special occasion. Lively sparkling but still nice in the mouth. NV Brut Rose is a mix of 54% Pinot Noir and 46% Chardonnay with 5.7 grams per liter of residual sugar. This Brut Rose Pearl or Sparkling Wine (South African name for Champagne) has attractive scents of red cherries and strawberries. In the nose aromas of fresh citrus fruit with on the palette a rich creamy complexity accompanied by a very fine mousse that contributes to the freshness and finesse of this brut. A full-fledged all-rounder and very attractive as an aperitif or as a refreshing glass outside the meal (or between dishes to create some distance to replace the traditional sorbet). Tapas / anti-pasti, Seafood (mussels, oysters, crab / lobster / Norway lobster)

This Brut Rosé from the South African winery Graham Beck is made from the perfect mix of the two classic Cap Classique varieties, the Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir, from the lands in Robertson and Stellenbosch. The grapes are always picked by hand and then immediately transported to the cellars where they are pressed. Only the best quality juice is used for fermentation. The musts then undergo separate fermentation and a sophisticated blend is then made. When the right mix is made, the wine is bottled and left in the bottle for 15 to 18 months.
