The Vinada Sparkling Rosé is a nice non-alcoholic wine. A conscious - and with only 23 kcal per 100 ml - also a responsible choice. The Sparkling Rosé is made from tempranillio grapes and has its origins in the Castilla-La Mancha wine region. The grapes are fermented and aged according to the traditional wine-making method. During this traditional 'vinification' the grapes are crushed very carefully and the skins begin to release their colorant into the juice. Once the winemaker is satisfied with the hue, the grapes are gently pressed and the skins and juice are separated. The fermentation then continues. The wine is decalcoholized just before bottling. The dealcoholization takes place by means of vacuum extraction: The fully fermented base wine is de-alcoholised under vacuum at a low temperature. The temperature is very important for the taste. The lower the temperature during deal alcoholization, the more aromas and therefore taste are retained. This process takes place at 28 ° C. The volatile aromas of the wine are extracted simultaneously with the alcohol. The aromas are immediately returned to the decalcoholized wine. The alcohol collected is stored externally and used for another product. The wine is then purified, filtered and stabilized.

The Vinada Sparkling Rosé with 0% alcohol has a beautiful light pink color. In the nose summer fruit (strawberry, raspberry). The wine has a nice bubble and is nice and fresh and dry. "" Se me hace agua la boca "" the Spaniards would say.

THE LA MANCHA WINE REGION

The area is located in the southern half of Spain's Meseta central. Castilla-La Mancha is one of the seventeen states of Spain. The wine region stretches from Madrid to the hills of Valdepeñas. The area is eight million hectares. For imaging: this is twice as large as the Netherlands. Castilla-La Mancha has an extreme continental climate. This causes ice cold winters and in the summer the temperature rises to well above 40 degrees Celsius. Castilla-La Mancha is on a plateau. The area is between 800 to 1000 meters in height. This plateau is bordered on the north and east by large mountain ranges, hills and rivers. In the north the Tagus (el Tajo) forms a natural border with Madrid and in the south the river Guadiana flows along Valdepeñas, north of the border with Andalucía. This plateau is so large that even the natural mountain ranges cannot stop the wind. The well-known windmills of La Mancha are proof of that.
