Cimerio has 100% classic Montepulciano (del Conero) notes. Luminous, intense ruby red with purplish highlights. On the nose, well ripened sour cherry and floral scents of violets blend appealingly with more evolved tones and delicious hints of vanilla from fine grained oak, displaying superb length and maturation. The palate exhibits a consistent balance. Lean dryness and judicious tannins are perfectly balanced with alcohol, whilst rounded fruit notes create a velvety mouth feel.
