The wine is of a brilliant peony rose colour. On the nose it expresses fruity aromas of red berries like hints of cherries and raspberry which evidence its freshness. On the palate, Poggio ai Ginepri is well-balanced and sapid with a lingering and pleasantly fruity finish with notes of woodland berries and wild roses.
