Tasting notes:A premium wine from a noble grape, deep purple colour, and matured in French Oak Barrique for 10 months. This wine is characterised by its rich plum and cherry flavours, a bright nose with a herby and spicy bouquet. On the palate it brings mouth filling fruit and a long smooth finish.
Food pairing: Serve at 15°C. Pairs well with meat, spicy food, cheese and dark chocolate desserts.
