One of our very first Chase Vodka bottles. We changed the name of our vodka from Tyrrells Potato Vodka to Chase Vodka in 2008, and this was the design we started with before arriving at the well-known potato root design on our bottles which has been largely unchanged for a decade. This is a rare collector’s item and we certainly remember just how hard it was to produce our vodka back then!

Nose: Just a hint of freshly sliced potato.
Palate: Creamy texture with a waxy oiliness.
Finish: A clean, smooth finish with earthy mineral undertones.Chase Distillery is a family-owned, British Field to Bottle distillery, creating award-winning spirits from their farm in Herefordshire. William Chase set up the distillery in 2008 to challenge the status quo in the white spirits industry; to provide transparency and provenance. Each bottle of Chase Vodka and GB Gin is distilled from scratch, using 250 potatoes grown on their farm around the distillery. This approach, entirely from field to bottle, really makes Chase different and it is something you can taste in their spirits.
