Mâcon-Lugny Les Genièvres 2018 is a pale golden colour. The nose offers intense floral aromas. The palate is full bodied with a scent of honey.

Maison Louis Latour rigorously selects grapes from the well-exposed commune of Lugny, which 30 years ago, was the only village planted with Chardonnay due to a perfect terroir. Lugny is one of the top vineyards in southern Burgundys Mâconnais region, Mâcon-Lugny 'Les Genièvres' is simply an outstanding wine.

Founded in 1797, Maison Louis Latour has been in family ownership for 11 generations and are one of the region's most famous names. They have the privilege of creating wines from their own 50 hectare domaine in the Côte d'Or and also from the very best grapes and wines purchased through the negociant arm of the business. They also produce all their own barrels at their small, traditional cooperage in Savigny-Lès-Beaune.
