Since their early days they have been the outcome of our intense and passionate work selecting the Moulin de Gassac wines which perfectly complete the Gassac family of wines, offering an accessible selection of Languedoc wines made with finesse and elegance!


Sol De Landoc:

Incredibly complex. Sun-baked red fruit. Hints of spice and caramel. An absolute explosion; it's incredibly rounded and concentrated. Strong yet silky tannins emphasize the wine's power. A wine to impress your friends - goes well with casseroles.
Grapes: 50% Syrah and 50% Grenache

About the Wine:
Ideal for friendly or romantic dinners. Splendid with meats and rich sauces.
Rounded and concentrated. Delightfully soft, velvety tannins. Balanced with persistent fruit.

A wine for Autumn and Winter meals of roasts, wild mushrooms, rich stews.
Expressive, complex, hints of crystallised ripe blackcurrants and fruit in alcohol. Aromas of nut and vanilla. Good structure and balance, with very marked tannins. Virile, rustic character, thoroughly agreeable.

A dazzling blend!
Strict selection of old vines on very poor and mineral "terroirs" with a strong personality. A wine to enjoy with rich fish, shellfish, "foie gras", or as an aperitif.
Powerful. Explodes with aromas of apricots, pears and white flowers. Harmonious, well balanced. Full, smooth yet fresh ending on exotic fruit.

Charming and sophisticated, reminiscent of tropical fruit and yellow flowers. A fairly full wine, fleshy yet fresh, ends deliciously flowery.
