Expressive, complex : aromas of ripe red berries. Hints of liquorice, fruits and spices. Attack with hints of red fruity jam and in a touch of spices. Warm tannins.
Best decanted for 2 hours before serving at between 18°C-20°C.
Drink within 3 to 4 years.
Type of soil: Clay and limestone slopes.
Maturing: 6 months in stainless steel tank.
Vinification: Traditional vinification with a long maceration (15 to 20 days) with pump over.
