Meophams sparkling brut 2015
Produced by the traditional method, meophams brut is a classic blend of noble grape varieties including chardonnay and pinot gris. This golden wine has a persistent, delicate mousse and fine effervescence. The 15 month period-on-lees has allowed rich, caramel and brioche flavours to develop, with notes of toffee-apple on the finish. This wine has great length and structure, with well-balanced acidity and defined mouthfeel.

Meophams sparkling brut rosé 2015
Produced by the traditional method, meophams brut rosé is a blend of premium grape varieties pinot noir and triomphe d'alsace. This sparkling wine has spent over 15 months on lees producing a light, refreshing wine full of summer fruit characters, raspberry, strawberry aromas, with the appeal of a berry sorbet, a fine and firm mousse, pale strawberry colours, a delicate finish.
