You’ll even be able to buy your favourites on site at our brand new shop right there on the grounds.   Our very own Corey will be educating and elating you with wine wisdom and ideas for how to make this season truly special with some choice bottles for you and your loved ones.   Not only that, but, included in the £45 booking fee, is a delicious lunch that is sure to satiate your seasonal hunger with formidable flavours brought to you by 10 Castle Street’s very own Chef Bill.   We know we’ll be able to show you how to find the best wine for your palate and which ones to pair with your most festive meals of the season.
