Grown and produced in the heart of Dorset this English sparkling wine is a harmonious blend between 58% Pinot Noir and 42% Pinot Meunier.

Rich and golden in colour this wine is aged for 40 months on the lees, resulting in a wine that’s alive with ripe red berries, violets and brioche aromas. The Blanc de Noir is suited to all occasions and drinks equally well on its own or with a plate of freshly caught mackerel.
