This Sussex Pinot Gris presents a generous bouquet of tropical fruit notes; white peach and honeysuckle with fresh citrus bursts. These delicate notes are brought together to create a wine with great clarity, a unifying minerality and slight viscosity.
“Really pretty, almost Gewürztraminer-like nose. Delicate, pears and jasmine, a touch of sweet ginger, a touch of hedgerow elderflower. Poised, balanced and delicious, with just the right amount of citrus-pith bitterness to keep it from becoming too 'pleasant'” - Tamlyn Currin
Harvested: 2018
Grape: 100% Pinot Gris (Alscace)
Total acidity: 7.4 g/L
pH: 3.27
Alcohol: 12%
