Oastbrook Estate Sparkling Rosé 2014 is a sophisticated Sussex sparkling rosé made from Pinot Noir and Auxerrois grapes with expressive red fruit characteristics that have become more lively as the wine has matured in bottle.
“Deep salmon pink. A really open, generous bouquet of fresh, ripe raspberries on the nose. Plump and bursting with fruit on the palate, cranberry-sharp edges, the mid palate popping English-summer berries in the middle. Very food friendly: think fresh goat’s cheese, melted brie on sour dough, duck and redcurrant salad, gyoza with a sweet-chilli dip, prawns in a garlicky hot sauce, chorizo tapas…” - Tamlyn Currin

Grapes: 73% Auxerrois, 27% Pinot Noir
