Pour one part Penrhos Dry, add three parts, Fever Tree tonic water and garnish with fresh or frozen blueberries or a slice of pink grapefruitPenrhos Spirits Distillery was founded in 2018 by two farming families in Herefordshire. Charles Turner and Dickie Williams set up their own fruit growing business Penrhos Fruit in 2012 growing cherries, apples, strawberries and blueberries. A chance conversation between themselves some years later led them to investigate the possibility of turning the produce from their orchards into a product that bore their name. After much debate gin seemed the perfect match and Penrhos Spirits was founded. A 250 year old cow shed was converted and a glorious copper still was purchased. With three products to date, a London Dry, Rhubarb and Apple and Elderflower the future is exciting.
