We carefully hand-harvested our first vintage in October 2012. Using the traditional method, we produced this highly exclusive, multi-award-winning Cotswold sparkling wine. This wine has been presented with two Bronze Awards from the South West Vineyards Association, a Bronze Medal from the UK Vineyards Association English and Welsh Wine of the Year Competition in 2015 and 2016, it was featured at the Cotswold Life Food & Drink Awards 2015 and won a Q at the Quality Drinks Awards 2016.Poulton Hill Estate English sparkling wine is a rich straw yellow colour with a slight touch of pink. The nose is a lovely blend of English summer fruits, with hints of gooseberry and grapefruit.The palate is equally reminiscent of an English summer, with notes of crisp green apple, elderflower, a touch of lime and hints of redcurrant and strawberry. All our wines are suitable for vegans and vegetarians
