This still rosé is a vibrant addition to the Poulton Hill Estate wines. The mix of Seyval Blanc, Phoenix, and Regent and Rondo grapes were grown and harvested by hand at the Poulton Hill Estate. The juices were fermented and carefully blended to produce this wine, which is a true salute to summer!The wine has a rich salmon pink appearance, and has subtle cherry tones with a long, satisfying finish.Rosé wines pair well with salads, and fish and chicken dishes with fruit-based sauces. But a glass of this wine on its own on a warm summer day is equally as pleasant. All our wines are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
