This charming wine from the Cotswolds is packed full of surprises. The Seyval Blanc grapes, which originated in France, and the Phoenix grapes, which originated in Germany, were harvested by hand at the Poulton Hill Estate. The juices were fermented and carefully blended to create this very English white wine.The Poulton Hill Estate Seyval Blanc/Phoenix has a pale straw appearance with fresh and exciting aromas of elderflower and pear.
