Champagne Albert Levasseur is a very small grower house set up by David's grandparents in 1944, the diminutive 4.2 hectares of vines farmed by David since 2003.

This is an elegantly delightful crowd-pleaser, a blend of organic Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with 14 per cent of the latter made as Coteaux Champenois, in other words as a proper red wine then blended in. It's prettily, invitingly pale pink in colour, the bottle not being clear giving some surprise factor Massive aroma of strawberries, then to taste it's pitch perfect strawberries & cream in a glass. Full, flavoursome and irresistible.
